• Payment information — handled directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe processes and secures payment details on our behalf.
• Organizer account information — business and payout details you provide when setting up payouts through Stripe.
• Technical information — basic data such as your device and browser type, collected automatically to keep the service working and secure.

• To process ticket purchases and deliver tickets to you.
• To send transactional emails such as order confirmations and event updates (via Resend).
• To let event organizers manage their events, check in attendees, and view the information needed to run their event.
• To process payments and seller payouts (via Stripe).
• To maintain, secure, and improve the platform.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to run the service:

• With event organizers — when you buy a ticket, the organizer receives the information needed to manage their event, including your name, email, and any answers to their custom questions.
• With service providers — Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Resend (email), and Google (location/address lookup). Each processes data only to provide their service.
• When legally required — if we must comply with the law or protect the rights and safety of our users.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us, subject to records we are required to retain (for example, payment records).

• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
• You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Boleto is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.
